Every child has the right to an education that helps them grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. But for some children, traditional school settings don’t work—and that’s where online learning models like e-Sgoil can help.

We’ve launched this Good Practice resource to highlight the impact of e-Sgoil, a national online teaching service that supports children and young people in different ways. Whether it’s live study support sessions after school, specialist teacher input, or full-time learning for those who can’t attend school in person—e-Sgoil helps children keep learning in ways that suit them.

This resource features:

  • Stories from young people whose lives have been transformed by e-Sgoil
  • A Q&A explaining how e-Sgoil works
  • Reflections from the Commissioner on why good practice like this must be shared and supported
