We were glad to be sent these rights-based pictures from Grampian Women’s Aid today.

They’re all drawn by children the charity works with, and depict different articles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Article 6: You should be supported to live and grow

Article 18: You have the right to be bought up by both parents if possible

Article 28: You have the right to an education

Article 31: You have the right to relax and play

Article 37: You have the right not to be punished in a cruel or hurtful way

Article 39: You have the right to help if you have been hurt, neglected or badly treated
