Our team answer the questions that we’re sent, and they all have a lot of experience doing this. They’ll give you information about your rights, and let you know who might be able to help.

You or an adult you trust can talk to us. You can talk to us if you think your rights haven’t been respected, or if you have a question about human rights.

Concerned about a child?

If you are concerned that a child may be at immediate risk of harm, please contact your local Social Work Department or Police Scotland (dialling 999 in an emergency) as a matter of urgency. The office is not able to investigate child protection concerns.
